Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, customers must contact Soap So Fresh customer service at info@soapsofresh.com or phone number with their order details.

Please note that orders cannot be canceled or modified after the 24-hour window has passed. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it is considered final and cannot be canceled.
